Licensing Policy

Stuffed Tracker's licensing is simple and straightforward. There are 3 different versions of the product available: Personal, Merchant and Agency. All of the versions have similar functionality but there are some differences (please see the comparison table).

There are master licenses and supplementary licenses. Supplementary licenses can only be installed in the product if a master license is already installed. For example, you should add a Merchant master license to the product before you will be able to add an additional site profile license or install a White Label license.

Please note that all licenses are issued only for one installation of the product (one installation of Stuffed Tracker can track multiple sites). If you want to setup several installations you will need to purchase separate licenses for each of them.

All licenses permit modifications of the source code of the software as long as these modifications do not violate the license restrictions.

Access to Updates

With a purchase of a master license you get access to all updates of the product in the following 6 months. At any time you will be able to purchase additional 6 months of access to the product updates at a quarter of the master license price.

The cost of additional 6-month access is calculated based on the most expensive master license tied to your account in our sales system. If you have purchased both Merchant and Agency licenses, the Agency license will serve as the basis for additional 6-month access cost calculation.

Nevertheless, bugfixes will always be available to you. They are posted on our public open forums and do not require any special access.

Purchase Process

The payment is done via ShareIt. Right after ShareIt approves your payment you will get an e-mail with a link to our site where you will go through a short registration procedure (or just log in if you are already registered) and activate the license key. All the purchased license keys are kept in your client area.
